How will large orders be shipped?

Large orders, usually over 70 pounds, will ship via common carrier freight. We will contact you with arrangments for drop off. You must be able to unload large orders yourself, as freight shipping companies generally will only get the order to the back of the truck.227

Is the large (heavy or oddly shaped) order shipping charge correct in your shopping cart?

Generally yes! We have an automated system for calculating Common Carrier freight shipping charges. We'll honor the quoted charge in almost all cases. If for some reason there is a huge mistake and the shipping is off by a large amount, we'll contact you to work out a solution (this has yet to happen.) This applies in both directions. If we feel we're over charging we'll contact you and let you know that we're reducing the charge!228

How do I know what the right size chair for my child is?

Child recliners are generally suited to children from 2 to 9 years of age and between 40 and 100 pounds. Video chairs work well from elementary age through the teen years. Tot-Rocker chairs are specifically designed for children under age 3 and under 50 pounds.229

When will I receive my order?

    QuickShip Items: Items designated as "Quick Ship" will ship from one of our fulfillment centers. These items ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will usually receive these items in 3 to 5 business days.
Most other items ship in 3 to 10 days from the manufacturer. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for final delivery. Times may increase as holidays approach. This does not apply to Quick Ship items (see above.)230

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

No, unless you are purchasing in Michigan and then Michigan's 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are tax exempt, please supply your tax exemption information on your PO. Or, if you place your order on our site, please add tax expempt information when you add your billing and shipping information.231

How will my order be shipped?

Orders under 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. Most kid furniture and educational materials fall into this category. Larger items will ship via common freight carrier.232

What is the quality of your merchandise?

WC Enterprises, LLC sells only high quality items. We are constantly looking for the best products for your children. We only sell those that meet our high expectations. If you ever have a quality concern please call us and we will fix it. Toll-Free (866) 341-6790.233

What if I need to return my order?

On the rare occasion where there is a problem with your order please call our customer service center at Toll-Free (866) 341-6790 or email us at sales@wcteam.com. We will replace any order with manufacturer defects (we'll issue call tags to pick up the bad item.) If you've changed your mind about the order, please get an Return Authorization Number and return address from our customer service center at sales@wcteam.com or Toll-Free (866) 341-6790. We can't accept returns without previous authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by Every Kids Chair. The 15% re-stocking fee may be waived in place of additional orders. A full refund will be given in the case of damaged merchandise. All refunds will be given to the Credit Card of the original purchaser. Arrangements, and approvals, for returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return. Call us at Toll-Free (866) 341-6790, or email us to make arrangements for returns. Please return all items in their original boxes and packing materials. Please inspect your order when you receive it. If it appears to be damaged by shipping, please refuse the shipment and call us. This will hasten the replacement of the damaged items.454

How do I assemble the furniture?

Most of our furniture comes pre-assembled. If any assembly is required, it can usually be done by hand or with a screwdriver. Recliners, rockers and video chairs do NOT require any assembly.235

How do I care for my furniture?

Wooden furniture can be dusted as you would dust any other piece of wooden furniture. Recliners can be vacuumed and wiped clean with a damp rag. Fabric Protection may be applied to prolong furniture life.236

How is my information secured?

We take protection of your information very seriously. Our web site uses the Secure Socket Layer, SSL, protocol to encrypt all of your ordering information before it is sent over the Internet. Our third party verification is done by a world leader in the security industry, Comodo Digital Certificates. In addition, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are encrypted on our server using the industry standard 128 bit encryption. Additionally, sensitive information is completely removed at regular intervals once the transaction has been completed. You can be certain that all possible precautions are taken to secure your information when ordering with us.237

Can I use a Purchase Order to make my purchase?

Yes, if you are purchasing for an educational institution. Send your PO to our address at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include the shipping charges listed on the shopping cart page and the item numbers for the items you want to order. If you include your email address on the PO we will send you a confirmation email about the order and another when the order ships. If you would prefer to fax your PO, fax it to (248) 493-5933. Please call customer service if you need assistance Toll-Free (866) 341-6790 or email us. We can not accept purchase orders from private consumers.238

How do I clean the Micro Fiber Material?

Fabrics that are lightly soiled due to wear can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap. They are best cleaned by using a soft sponge or cloth and rubbing in a circular motion, pat dry with a soft cloth, and brush in the direction of the nap. Medium to heavily soiled fabrics can be cleaned with a commercial water or foam type carpet and upholstery cleaner, (ie Shout, Carbona, Bissel, Armorall, Blue Luster, Turtlewax, Glamorene.) Do not dry clean and do not use any solvent (petroleum-based) cleaning agents (ie K2R, lighter fluid, carbon tet or perchlorethyline.) Spills should be blotted up with a towel.240
